…is a video based performance that sketches notions about penitence, solitary confinement or the Security Housing Unit (SHU) – the United States’ 182 year old method of incarceration. 24 7 365 was performed in October of 2007 at a slaughterhouse where cattle were electrocuted in Healsburg, CA. The former slaughterhouse is now named the Slaughterhousespace and has been preserved as a private art space to question humanity.
